If you form a Delaware corporation for the purpose of owning and registering a yacht, American Incorporators offers services to form the corporation and maintain the yacht registration for you. The initial fee to register your yacht is $150, which includes American Incorporators' service fee and the State of Delaware's fees. The annual fee to maintain your registration is $75.
