When you sign up for our Tax Advance Service for the nominal service fee of $25, you are pre-paying your Delaware LLC Tax of $250 which will become due next year on June 1. Also included in your prepayment is our Annual Delaware Registered Agent Fee of $99 which will also become due next year on June 1. We guarantee these important annual obligations will be paid and filed on time...or we pay your tax and all late penalties!

Mail, Phone & Fax Services

Mail Forwarding Service
Available in Delaware and Nevada only

This service allows you to use our mailing address as your company address. All mail that is received on behalf of your company will be forwarded to you every Friday. Once you have signed up for our Mail Forwarding Service by completing our Mail Forwarding Order Form, and returned it to us with your original signature, we will set you up with your own Delaware business address. Just complete the Client Data Sheet and the U.S. Postal form 1583/Application for the Delivery of Mail through Agent, and American Incorporators Ltd.^® will agree to forward mail on behalf of your company.

Limited Mail Forwarding Service
Available in Delaware only

This mail forwarding service applies to the U.S. Domestic business which expects to receive fewer than 15 pieces of mail per year. If your business qualifies for this, the same procedures and requirements as outlined under our regular Mail Forwarding Services apply to our Limited Mail Forwarding Service.

Fax Forwarding Service

This service allows you to use our fax number as your company's fax number. When we receive a fax for you, we will immediately fax it to the number designated in your instructions when you order this service.

Private Telephone Line Answering
Available in Delaware only

If you would prefer your own private phone number, we can set that up for you. Your private line will be answered by a live operator in the name of your company and messages taken. Messages can be retrieved by calling our office.

Common Telephone Line Answering

Your company will share a Delaware phone number with several other companies. American Incorporators` staff will answer the line as an extension and take a message. Messages can be retrieved by calling our office.

Boat Registration Services

Delaware Boat Registration
$150.00

If you form a Delaware corporation for the purpose of owning and registering a yacht in Delaware, American Incorporators can handle the incorporation and maintain the registration for you. The initial fee to register your yacht is $150, which includes American Incorporators' service fee and the State of Delaware's fees. The annual fee to maintain your registration is $75.
