The state of Delaware now requires all Delaware corporations and limited liability companies to file their annual reports and pay the franchise tax online.  By filing online with American Incorporators, your officer/director information is saved.  This will save you from having to remember and re-enter your officer/director information every year.

Payment for your Delaware Franchise Tax and Registered Agent Fee must be received prior to the deadline each year. Failure to meet this important deadline will cause your Corporation/LLC to incur late penalty fees and to fall out of good standing status with the state.
