“Limited Liability Company”, “LLC” or “L.L.C.”

Annual Filing Requirements:
There is an Annual Report Form that must be received by the state of Hawaii on the following schedule. If the LLC is filed in the 1st quarter of the year, then the report is due on March 31st; if filed in the 2nd quarter, it's due on June 30t, if filed in the 3rd quarter, it's due on September 30th; and if filed in the 4th quarter, it's due on December 31st. The fee for this filing is: $25.00
