When subscribing to one of our Virtual Office Services, you are able to find more flexibility in your schedule while actively reducing your traditional in-office costs. All Virtual Office Services are closely monitored and maintained, consistently providing your clients with the business professionalism that they have always known.
Mail Forwarding ServiceMail Forwarding Services can be delivered through 2 forwarding options. When you sign up for Mail Forwarding, you must complete the Mail Forwarding Client Data Sheet and Application for Delivery of Mail Through Agent. Both forms, along with 2 forms of identification (driver's license, passport, social security card) must be returned to our offices before mail forwarding can be set up.
Limited Mail Forwarding . . . $100 per year- A limited number of 15 pieces of mail per year will be forwarded to the address that you provide. This service is available in Nevada and Delaware and is only available to clients residing within the United States.
- An unlimited amount of mail will be forwarded to the address that you provide.This service is available in Delaware, Nevada, New York, Wyoming, and California and is available to both International Clients and clients residing within the United States.
When using the Telephone Answering Service, your clients will be greeted by an actual professional, helping you to maintain the connections that you have already built. At this time, Telephone Answering Services are only available with a Delaware area code.
Common Line . . . $400 per year- Our Common Line service provides your company with a shared Delaware telephone number. A professional staff member will answer the calls placed to your extension and note your messages. All messages are easily retrieved by placing a call to our office.
- When subscribing to Private Line Service, you will be assigned your own personal number. Your private line will be answered by a live operator using your company name, and they will transcribe all messages. Messages are easily accessible by calling into American Incorporators's office.
- Our Fax Forwarding Service is essential for the entrepreneur on the go. All faxes are received directly in our main office. Once we receive a fax, we immediately forward the fax to you via fax, email, or post, based on your discretion. At this time, this service is only available with a Delaware area code.
