American Incorporators is pleased to offer a variety of Virtual Office Services: Mail Forwarding, Phone Answering Service, & Fax Forwarding. When subscribing to one of our Virtual Office Services, you are able to find more flexibility in your schedule while actively reducing your traditional in-office costs. We will provide your clients with the same professional services that we provide you!

Mail Forwarding Services can be delivered through 4 forwarding options:

  • $99 per year

    • We provide you a Delaware address for the receipt of mail from agencies and authorities such as FAA, DNREC, airports, and marinas. Mail will be scanned and emailed to the address that you provide. Please note we will not forward other mail, please purchase a different plan if you need that.
  • Order Now

    $199 per year

    • We provide you with a Delaware and Wyoming address. A limited number of 25 pieces of mail per year will be scanned and emailed to the address that you provide.
  • Order Now

    $399 per year

    • We provide you with a Delaware, Pennsylvania, Wyoming, or Nevada address. An unlimited amount of mail will be scanned and emailed to the address that you provide.

  • $750 per year

    • We provide you an address anywhere in the United States. An unlimited amount of mail will be scanned and emailed to the address that you provide.

When you sign up for Mail Forwarding, federal law requires that you must complete the 1583 Mail Forwarding Form. The form, along with 2 forms of identification (driver's license, passport, social security card) must be returned to our offices before mail forwarding can be set up. Once mail forwarding is ordered your specialist will email you for form.


*We cannot forward packages; however, for an additional fee, we can forward hard copies of regular mail upon request.
